The Novidea company, which developed a cloud-based data-driven platform for managing insurance agencies, brokers, and MGAs/MGUs, will perform a full integration for a car insurance price quote, with the Israeli technology company Qualla, directly from within the agent’s workspace.
It was reported that until today, insurance agents had to deal with a cumbersome process of producing car price quotes, which included moving between different systems, double entry of data, and a high risk of human errors. The new solution allows agents to manage the entire process in one window, directly from the customer’s screen. The result is a continuous, fast, and accurate work process, which eliminates the need for double entry and saves precious time for the agency.
Additional advantages:
- Any information entered will be automatically saved even if the window is closed, allowing to continue exactly from the point where you stopped, without the need for re-entry.
- Smart synchronization to the sales process: Novidea synchronizes all the form data also for renewal processes. The automatic synchronization ensures a perfect work continuity throughout the entire life cycle of the policy and the sale.
- Advanced data entry for maximum accuracy: The agent producing the quote request can enter supplementary and essential details for receiving an accurate quote (such as driving on Shabbat, an additional car from work, and more) already at the initial stage. This entry ensures an accurate and personalized price quote, without the need for additional rounds of corrections.
- Automatic and expanded information thickening: The quote data returning from Qualla, including the premium amount, manufacturer details, coverage track, deductible, and protection requirements – are now mapped in an expanded and accurate manner directly into Novidea, which ensures a full and comprehensive picture about the quote.
- Smart car locating: A flexible search engine allowing fast locating by license plate number, model code, or manufacturer. Upon selecting the car, all technical details are automatically updated within the form.
