A large Israeli delegation participated in the ITC, the world’s largest insurtech conference held in Las Vegas from October 31 to November 2. The Israeli delegation included about eighty entrepreneurs and 22 Israeli startups, headed by Kobi Bendelak, CEO of Insurtech Israel. The conference is the largest of its kind in the world, with over 9,000 attendees from all insurance companies in the US and representatives from around the globe. The Israeli delegation, arriving at the conference at a difficult time of war in the country, attracted much attention from the participants. At the opening event, Bendelak addressed thousands of attendees, discussing the occurrences in the country and the events of “Black Sabbath.”
In summarizing the Israeli delegation’s participation in the conference, Kobi Bendelak said, “The delegation received the most supportive responses from all over the world and the unequivocal support of the leaders of the global insurance industry. The purpose of the trip during this challenging time was to tell the world – we are strong, stable, and continue to develop technologies for the insurance world and to support our customers and partners even today. It was important for us to emphasize this in front of the leaders of the insurance world.”
