Entrio announced the appointment of Peter Lee to its Board of Directors.
Lee brings extensive experience in financial services and software businesses. Lee currently serves as Chairman of the Board for WorldQuant Predictive and Independent Operating Board member for Open Assembly and Chattermill. His prior Board service includes Attivio (acquired by ServiceNow/LucidWorks), Ektron (acq by Accel–KKR/Episerver), Infomatix (acq by EPAM), Vesta (acq by TINT) and BlogTalkRadio (acq by iHeart Radio).
Prior to his current board level positions, Lee was an entrepreneur serving twice as CEO. He co-founded DataSynapse, an infrastructure software company helping global banking clients with mission critical risk/pricing applications. DataSynapse was acquired by TIBCO, where he subsequently served as EVP responsible for its Analytics, B2B, Cloud Computing, Customer Experience and Security product groups. After leaving TIBCO Peter joined RapidMiner as CEO, an open source AI/ML data science platform adopted by over one million users worldwide, until its acquisition by Altair.
