Travel insurer Faye has officially announced the launch of telemedicine services in collaboration with Air Doctor. This partnership enables Faye’s travelers to enjoy convenient and prompt access to video and audio telemedicine consultations.
By joining forces with Air Doctor, Faye’s customers gain access to a network of over 20,000 doctors and specialists who are proficient in multiple languages. Moreover, this service comes with the added benefits of no out-of-pocket expenses and eliminates the frustration of lengthy claims processes.
According to Faye, this telemedicine service will be available to all international travelers insured with Faye, covering 75 countries worldwide. It provides them with near-instant voice and video consultations with doctors, ensuring peace of mind and prompt medical support while traveling.
