How does your company contribute to or innovate within the insurance industry?
Danubius InsurTech: We operate at the intersection of deep insurance domain expertise and advanced AI technology. Our innovation lies in delivering modular digital platforms that enable insurers to modernize core processes rapidly, without starting from scratch. Backed by our parent company’s 15 years of financial services experience, including extensive work with insurers, we combine proven industry insight with proven, AI-driven solutions that accelerate transformation while minimizing implementation cost and risk.
What inspired the idea behind the company?
Danubius InsurTech: Over the years, our team built up deep, hands-on experience delivering digital solutions for Central Europe’s largest insurers. We realized this wasn’t just a collection of projects, it was a distinct body of expertise that deserved its own dedicated company and singular focus. That realization led us to establish Danubius Insurtech as a standalone organization entirely centered on insurance technology, bringing everything we’ve learned together into one cohesive offering, now supercharged with AI. Our mission is to turn years of domain knowledge into a scalable, future-ready portfolio that helps insurers move faster and deliver more impact.
What were the most significant business milestones or moves you made in 2025?
Danubius InsurTech: 2025 was a strategically pivotal year. We made a deliberate decision to expand beyond our established client base and start building a presence across wider European markets. This meant investing in go-to-market capabilities, sharpening our value proposition for international audiences, and taking concrete steps toward repositioning ourselves, from a strong regional player to a true European insurance technology partner.
What key initiatives or plans are you looking to implement in 2026?
Danubius InsurTech: In 2026, we’re taking our expansion to the next level. The UK and Western Europe is a primary focus, alongside exciting opportunities in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region also. Our plan is to engage directly with key insurance industry participants in these markets, demonstrate our proven portfolio of self-service platforms, claims solutions, and AI-powered automation, and build strategic partnerships that create lasting value. We’ve proven our impact in Central Europe. Now it’s time to demonstrate it on a global stage.
What are your goals or expectations for participating in the conference?
Danubius InsurTech: Simply put: meaningful connections. We want to meet insurance decision-makers and innovation leaders in the UK and beyond who are actively exploring digital transformation, self-service, or AI-driven solutions. Our goal is to start conversations that can evolve into real partnerships.
