Company Overview
What inspired you to start this company?
We identified that businesses are drowning in video demand but struggling with three core challenges: producing high-quality content at scale, integrating video into existing workflows, and maintaining brand consistency across teams. Traditional video tools were designed for creators, not for enterprises that require systematic, scalable production. We realized video creation must evolve into infrastructure- invisible, reliable, and programmable- just as payments and messaging did with Stripe and Twilio.
Product and Innovation
What is your main product or service?
Shuffll is a dual-layer platform. First, an infrastructure layer- the “Stripe for video”- powering video creation through APIs and embedded integrations within partner platforms. Second, a direct SaaS platform providing AI-powered video creation tools. This dual approach enables us to serve both businesses that need scalable video and platforms seeking to embed video creation as a native feature.
How does your product differentiate itself from existing solutions in the market?
Most video tools force businesses to choose between scale and quality, or between AI
automation and human nuance. We orchestrate both. Shuffll is workflow-native- not another standalone app- offering modular deployment via API, white-label, or full UX. Our platform seamlessly combines AI-driven automation with human touch whenever needed.
Can you share any unique features or innovations your product offers?
Our orchestration architecture is the real breakthrough- intelligently routing between AI avatars, human recordings, templates, and voice synthesis based on the specific use case. We also provide a built-in recording studio with a teleprompter, automatic brand application, and programmable content generation from existing materials. The true innovation is delivering all of this as infrastructure that other platforms can seamlessly embed.
Market and Problem-Solving
What specific problem are you addressing in the insurance industry?
Video is becoming essential business infrastructure across industries, including insurance, but current solutions create workflow friction. Teams lose time switching between tools, struggle with regulatory and brand consistency, and cannot scale quality content production. Shuffll addresses this by embedding video creation directly into where insurance teams already workwhether it’s sales, claims, or customer engagement- and powering systematic video production in a compliant and consistent way.
Who are your target customers, and how do you reach them?
We operate on two tracks: enterprise customers using our direct platform (marketing, sales, and customer success teams) and partner platforms embedding our infrastructure. We reach them through a partner-led, product-led growth strategy. Partners naturally pull us into their ecosystems, creating built-in distribution and switching costs through workflow integration.
What is the market potential for your solution?
Every SaaS platform will eventually require video creation capabilities. We sit at the intersection of the $50B+ video software market and the infrastructure-as-a-service trend. As video becomes baseline business infrastructure, Shuffll is positioned to become the engine powering that transformation.
Business Challenges and Solutions
What are the main challenges you have faced so far within the insurance industry?
The primary challenge has been educating the market that video creation can and should function as infrastructure, not just as a creative process. Additionally, we faced the dual challenge of building both the AI orchestration technology and the partnership ecosystem at the same time.
How have you overcome these challenges?
By demonstrating value through embedded deployments. When partners and insurance clients see video creation integrated seamlessly into their workflows- improving engagement, compliance, and efficiency- the value of video infrastructure becomes self-evident. Rather than explaining, we let the product prove the concept.
Current Status and Future Plans
What is the current status of your company?
We are in rapid scale mode with our dual business model validated. Our infrastructure layer powers video creation across multiple partner platforms, while our direct SaaS platform serves enterprise customers in industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, and insurance.
What are your key milestones for the next 12 months?
Our focus areas include:
- Expanding our partner ecosystem through major platform integrations.
- Evolving into a full workflow engine that automates both creation and distribution.
- Building our data flywheel to continuously improve video quality through usage patterns.
Do you have any upcoming product launches or major updates planned?
Yes. We are launching programmatic video routing- the ability to automatically create and customize videos based on user behavior and product events. This enables personalized video experiences that adapt in real time to customer actions.
Team and Culture
Can you introduce your founding team and their backgrounds?
Our founding team combines deep expertise in video production, enterprise software, and AI/ML. Collectively, we bring experience from special operations technology development, building AI video products, and a successful exit in the AI + martech space. We have previously built video tools at scale and deeply understand both the creative and technical challenges of systematic content production.
How does your team’s expertise contribute to your success?
We bridge the gap between creativity and technology. We understand what makes video content engaging and how to systematize that at enterprise scale. This dual expertise enables us to build infrastructure that delivers not only fast outputs, but consistently high-quality results.
Funding and Investment
Have you secured any funding to date? If so, from whom?
We have raised $4M in strategic funding to build our dual business model and partnership ecosystem. Our investors share our vision of making video creation programmable infrastructure and recognize the scale of the opportunity.
Are you currently seeking additional investment? If yes, how much and for what purpose?
We are currently focused on execution. However, we are open to strategic investors who can accelerate our partner ecosystem or provide unique distribution advantages.
Industry Insights and Trends
What are the biggest trends or changes you see happening in the insurtech industry?
The biggest trend is that video is becoming infrastructure, not just content. In insurance, video is increasingly integrated into customer onboarding, claims, compliance, and customer success. The winners will be platforms that make video creation invisible and systematic- not those that add friction and complexity.
How do you see the insurance landscape evolving in the next 5 years?
Video creation will become as effortless and standard as generating reports in a CRM or building a presentation in PowerPoint. Every SaaS platform in insurance and beyond will embed video capabilities. The question is not whether more video will be created, but whether insurers will have the infrastructure to produce it systematically and at scale.
Unique Selling Proposition
What is one thing you want potential customers or partners to remember about your company?
Shuffll is not just another video tool, it is a video creation infrastructure. We are building the most flexible and scalable video infrastructure: the invisible engine that powers the future of systematic video production. Everything happening in AI video, image, and audio becomes another building block in our video factory. When video creation feels effortless and automatic, that’s Shuffll working behind the scenes.
