What inspired you to start this company?
Ai.Gent was born from first-hand experience with how hard it is for insurance agents to run a data-driven business. Critical portfolio data sits across multiple carrier portals and spreadsheets; teams spend hours reconciling files instead of serving clients or growing revenue. We set out to change that.
Ai.Gent unifies policy, premium, and commission data from multiple insurers into one live source of truth, then layers analytics that surface what matters now who to call, where revenue is leaking, and which clients are underinsured. In short: we move agents from working in the data to working on the business, with clear, actionable insight.

What is your main product or service?
Ai.Gent is a cloud platform for insurance intermediaries—an end-to-end portfolio management system that consolidates data, BI, and growth tools in one place. It automatically ingests policies, premiums, commissions, and client data from carrier systems and presents a real-time, holistic view of the book. On top, it delivers built-in BI: profitability, retention, portfolio mix, cohort trends, and alerts for anomalies or changes that need action.
How does your product differentiate from existing solutions?
Most tools solve one slice, imports, dashboards, or tasking. Ai.Gent combines them. We’re both the aggregation engine and the intelligence layer: beyond reporting, the platform acts like a virtual analyst, flagging upsell/cross-sell, high-value or at-risk clients, missed commissions, and operational gaps. We’re purpose-built for independent agents and small-to-mid brokerages, so the workflows fit the day-to-day reality of agencies.

Independent agents, brokers, and small-to-mid brokerage houses (including networks/aggregators). We go to market via:

What challenges have you faced in the insurance industry?
- Heterogeneous carrier systems: Each portal and format is different. We built a resilient ingestion framework to semi-automate secure retrieval and normalization.
- Change management: Teams busy with day-to-day work can be hesitant to switch. We addressed this through white-glove onboarding, pilot programs, measurable wins (hours saved, recovered commissions, higher retention), and fast product iteration.

What is the current status of your company?
We launched our MVP in mid-2024 in Israel and converted pilots into paying customers by late 2024. We’re now in commercial growth with agencies using Ai.Gent daily ranging from independent brokers to mid-sized houses and early aggregator relationships. We’ve lately secured seed funding and are expanding product, integrations, and customer success.
