Following the report of the sale of 50.4% of Ayalon shares to Wesure, the executor of the estate of the late Levy Rachmani has announced that it has been decided to sell to Wesure the 17% remaining balance of Ayalon shares, in accordance with the mechanism detailed in the agreement. As previously reported by Policy, these shares were originally designated for Levy Rachmani’s son, Noga.
