Kovrr, the leading provider of cyber risk quantification (CRQ) solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of two distinguished professionals to its CISO advisory board: Andreas Wuchner and Dmitriy Sokolovskiy. Their expertise and industry knowledge will further strengthen Kovrr’s position in delivering cutting edge solutions that meet the critical needs of cybersecurity, risk, and compliance professionals globally.
Andreas Wuchner brings over 25 years of experience as a senior executive leader in global diversified businesses. His extensive background includes serving in leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Hewlett Packard. Andreas’s expertise in implementing cyber risk quantification across organizations will provide invaluable insights to Kovrr’s strategic initiatives.
Dmitriy Sokolovskiy’s journey in cybersecurity has spanned 25 years through his work with government contractors and pharmaceutical companies as an IT consultant. In 2007, Dmitriy’s experience in the cybersecurity field became more forward facing where he played a pivotal role in the growth of CyberArk Software, a leader in Privileged Access Management. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to the company’s development and launch of their first SaaS products. Dmitriy’s information security experience coupled with his leadership roles as CISO and CSO at Avid Technology, where he fiercely advocated for cyber risk quantification as a basis for his security program, are a perfect fit for assisting Kovrr in their goal to translate cyber risk to business risk.
“We are thrilled to welcome Andreas Wuchner and Dmitriy Sokolovskiy to Kovrr’s CISO advisory board,” said Yakir Golan, CEO of Kovrr. “Their extensive experience and deep understanding of the cybersecurity risk management landscape will be invaluable in shaping our strategic direction, enhancing our offerings, and supporting our customers in their CRQ journey. We look forward to their guidance as we continue to empower organizations with data-driven solutions to quantify and manage cyber risks effectively.”
“My experience has provided me with a vast amount of exposure to different cyber risk management approaches, tolerances, appetites and more,” said Wuchner. “Kovrr’s cyber risk quantification platform will serve as a crucial tool for enterprises as they assess their cybersecurity programs and how they can impact important business decisions.”
“Cyber risk quantification levels the playing field in communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and is essential for running data backed risk management programs,” said Sokolovskiy. “Kovrr’s approach appealed to me, not only because their platform automates the process but because it also allows for transparency behind the numbers, which is crucial for building trust amongst decision makers.”
