MENORAH MIVTACHIM CROWNED “CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS” IN THE IT AWARDS COMPETITION

Representatives from 103 organizations last week went on the stage of the East functions hall in Tel Aviv to receive excellence awards in the IT Awards competition – the People and Computers magazine’s computer excellence competition – for IT ventures carried out in the past year.

Menorah Mivtachim received the “Champion of Champions” award in this year’s competition, having won a series of prizes in a range of categories, in respect of 31 projects, including the Cloud Customer 360 Picture, leads management in the Salesforce system, premiums and personal claims systems, self-development of 14 projects in the digital transformation category. The prize was received by the Menorah Mivtachim IT team, headed by Deputy CEO and Information Systems and Technology Division manager Moshe Morgenstern.

Migdal won four prizes: for the assimilation of communications and telephony solutions for call centers in the core systems innovations category; a learning management system and organization  application in competitive differentiation creation category; for the upgrading of the SOC system in the NMS  category; for the upgrading of the protection and communication system in the digital transformation and innovation category.

The Phoenix won three prizes: An RPA project in the smart factories category alongside two projects in the digital transformation category – a customer campaign project and a START application.

Harel won three prizes, two in the digital transformation category: the Harel overseas project and an OCR project and one in the infrastructures and communications category.

AIG won two prizes: one creating an automatic signature for sales agents needing to sign on a health declaration and the other one – upgrading the core network.

Bituach Haklai won a prize in the core systems innovation category for a digital archive and settlement processes management system.

The Meitav Dash investment house won a prize in the data analysis and big data category for a system for preventing money laundering.

This is the 19th year that the IT Awards competition for excellence in computing has been held.
