It was reported that the new version of “Customer Overview” enables immediate insights into the customer’s insurance portfolio in an efficient and simple manner for agents, operations personnel, and users of the Novidea platform.

The customer overview centralizes all financial and insurance data under one designed and intuitive screen. Instead of navigating between multiple screens, the user enjoys a holistic display alongside the ability to drill down into details within the policy (investment tracks, commissions, yields, coverages), which enables a smart, fast, and more accurate portfolio analysis than ever before.

Through the new insurance protection dashboard, the agent can identify within seconds gaps in insurance coverage and a visual indication of policies that are not managed in the agency – and thereby turn every service call into a tangible sales opportunity. The accuracy also carries over to the family unit level, with a clear separation of coverages by family members, while displaying relevant information for them and maximum personalization.

Soon Novidea will launch artificial intelligence capabilities in the customer overview module. At the click of a button, the AI will automatically summarize the portfolio and generate a personalized “pitch” for the conversation, alongside a proactive scan that will locate deficiencies and sales opportunities.
