On the heels of announcing $7 million in Series A funding, bringing its capital raise to $13 million, REACH, the developer of a leading virtual workplace platform built for real-time customer transactions, continues to build market momentum with the appointment of two experienced leaders to its executive team. Tom Hipp has joined REACH as Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Operations, and Susan Beyer as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing. In these roles, Hipp and Beyer will focus on growing the company’s presence in the U.S. and internationally.
“Given the move to remote work that has spurred the next level of digital transformation, businesses are increasingly seeking a unified approach for seamlessly controlling separate systems such as document collaboration, e-signature, video conferencing, ID verification, and payments,” said REACH CEO Yair Ravid. “Tom and Susan are the right leaders to help us meet this demand and take REACH to the next level of growth across the globe. I’m thrilled to welcome them to our team.”
Hipp is a seasoned and experienced technology and operational sales executive who has helped lead four companies to a successful exit. His skills include building, training and mentoring effective sales teams, and assuring all the necessary support systems and processes are in place. Previously, he served in several executive sales roles, including Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Brainbase, Vice President of Global Sales at CipherCloud, Vice President of Worldwide Sales at CrownPeak, and Vice President, Eastern Region at Istante Software that was sold to PeopleSoft.
Beyer is a communication and relationship expert with decades of experience developing trusted connections and strategies to drive growth. A proven and innovative leader, she brings data analytics, brand development, and customer marketing skills to her position at REACH. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Intralinks, Vice President of Americas Marketing at Veeam Software, Director of Global and Strategic Accounts Marketing at EMC Corporation, and most recently, Vice President of Marketing at industrial AI unicorn, Augury.
REACH’s recent Series A funding was led by Grayhawk Capital and Pritzker Group Venture Capital, with participation from seed investor NFX.
“The addition of Susan and Tom to the REACH team is a significant step in the company’s continued expansion,” said Leib Bolel, Partner at Grayhawk Capital. “Their seasoned experience in scaling early growth stage companies will be of immense value as the company undergoes continued demand for its platform.”
