Yael Szilas Joins InsFocus as Manager of Data and BI, Strengthening Analytics Leadership

InsFocus announced the appointment of Yael Szilas as the Data and Business Intelligence (BI) field manager. With an impressive track record in data management and analytics, Yael brings 15 years of experience to the role, reinforcing InsFocus’ commitment to delivering innovative and data-driven solutions to its customers.
As Data and BI field manager, Yael will oversee a team of BI developers and work closely with customers to optimize their data strategies and enhance decision-making capabilities. With a strong understanding of business strategy and growth, Yael will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the BI department at InsFocus.
Yael’s extensive expertise includes planning and implementing complex analytical systems, designing end-to-end data environments, and conducting in-depth product analysis. Prior to joining InsFocus, Yael held leadership positions in renowned organizations. As the Head of BI at Namogoo and Personali, she successfully established and managed BI departments, driving data-centric decision-making across the companies. Yael’s contributions as the Head of Monetization and Analytics at Dragonplay – Social Games Studio and Chief Economist at Supergas – Israeli Gas Distribution Company Ltd. further highlight her ability to leverage data for business growth.
